What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, phone number and address. If you create an account we also keep your email and the orders you have placed, so you can look them up and reorder.

Your basket is remembered with a cookie. That is the only thing we store on your device that is not needed to keep you signed in.

What we use it for

Packing and delivering what you ordered, answering you when you ask about it, and keeping the accounting records a business is required to keep.

We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to anyone advertising to you.

Who else sees it

The courier carrying your parcel gets your name, address and phone number, because otherwise it cannot arrive.

If you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment gateway. Your card details are entered on their page and never reach us. We are told only whether the payment succeeded.

Asking us to remove it

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. WhatsApp +880 1332 852101, or call the same number. Orders already invoiced stay in our accounts, because we are required to keep them, but nothing else does.
