Before you order

If you are not sure which model fits, send us the photograph or the old part number and we will tell you. This is the thing we are asked most and it takes a minute.

About an order you have placed

Your order number is on the confirmation and in your account. Give us that and we can see everything about it.

If the parcel has not arrived when you expected, message us. We can chase the courier faster than you can.

When we answer

Shop hours, seven days a week except public holidays. A message sent at night is answered the next morning.

We do not use an automated chat. Whoever replies works in the shop and can see the stock.

In person

Every counter is listed at the bottom of this page with its own number. For anything about a website order, use the main number. That is the line that can see the order.
